We spent the day at Kings Dominion. During the day it seemed like it always does but when it was about 7PM, all of a sudden, there were 10 Haunted Houses (my favorite was Slaughter House). Bring an extra set of feet though, I can barely walk! We played from 1PM all the way until 10′ish.

Update!! This home sold for full price with no seller contribution (or boat). Do you need to get your home sold? Contact me :)

Would you like a boat to go with your house? If this beautiful contemporary home in Mount Vernon’s Wessynton subdivision is sold as a result of today’s open house, this boat will convey!

Here’s the LINK to this featured listing. I’ll be here until 4pm

I just found this new label in the West Springfield Whole Foods. I looked on their web site and they started business in Alexandria, Virginia in 2010 but they’re new to me. Pictured is their Pale Ale and it’s tasty and the head sticks to the glass in rings as you drink it, which is a good sign!

Well on my way to becoming not only the top Fairfax County REALTOR but all over Maryland and Northern Virginia!

Aahhh Haaa Haa Ha! (Like Robert Deniro in Cape Fear laughing while in a theater watching “Home Alone II”)

This was in 1994 or early 1995. I was told at a real estate seminar not to have facial hair so off it came. They also told me to sell my pick-up and buy a car, so I did that too. Now I have a great big gas hog of an SUV, a Toyota Sequoia.

Hey… get a haircut! Very Achy Breaky of me at 24 years old or so. Would you buy a house from this guy? I didn’t actually become Northern Virginia and Maryland’s best real estate agent until 5 years later. Shortly after becoming a REALTOR, I started training in the Martial Arts at age 29 or maybe 30.

I posted these but I didn’t take them. My long time, good friend David Wasserman took them. David and I have known each other for about 15 years. We’ve had real estate transactions together and we’ve trained together at Scott Teagues Academy of Martial Arts. We even attended each others Black Belt Ceremonies. He took some pictures of the 2011 Cherry Blossoms and I liked them so much I asked to post them. I put them on my Flickr account and generated a slideshow to display here. David is a professional photographer and his contact information is below the slideshow. Please visit his site. Enjoy!

Hey look… They made a bottle of wine and named it after my past and future real estate clients!

We have a friend who’s related to Jeff Kinney the Author of the Diary of a Wimpy Kid books. Our friend was nice enough to invite my family to attend a private screening of his newest movie, Rodrick Rules. It was a very funny movie with lots of “laugh out loud” moments. After the movie, Mr. Kinney took us all out for lunch.

Pictured below is Jeff Kinney signing a book and his brother, the “real life” Rodrick.

Showing homes today in Newington Forest, I found a taste of the coming Spring season.

We’re supposed to change our photos periodically but most don’t. My first picture (I’m trying to find it) has me sporting a beard and mustache. This is my second professional picture circa 1994 or 1995.

Update: I found it… here!
