RE/MAX Chairman and Co-Founder, Dave Liniger, reveals his top 10 predictions for the U.S. real estate market for 2012. These are nationwide predictions. In the Northern Virginia area, we have already been experiencing a great real estate market for the last year or so.

I’m afraid of Golf… I know I’ll really like it and I don’t think anyone plans to increase the amount of hours in a day.

Few start a career in real estate at RE/MAX, they start with the other Brokers who are constantly recruiting from the general public. Many of the people who gain experience and become successful, end up moving to RE/MAX. Don’t get me wrong, there are experienced people in other Brokerages too but it’s much closer to 100% at RE/MAX.  The mantra for Brokers is “Recruiting and Retention” RE/MAX recruits from those other Brokers. That’s what happened to me after 15 years with another Broker. I am VERY pleased to have made the change to the number one real estate company!

Feel free to contact me if you’re interested in a career in Real Estate or if you’re an agent considering a change in Brokerages. The grass IS greener!

RE/MAX CEO Margaret Kelly talks about results of the 2011 J. D. Power and Associates Home Buyer/Seller Study, which recognizes RE/MAX for providing the highest overall consumer satisfaction in both categories.

Even though it’s known, it’s always nice to hear!

Well on my way to becoming not only the top Fairfax County REALTOR but all over Maryland and Northern Virginia!

Aahhh Haaa Haa Ha! (Like Robert Deniro in Cape Fear laughing while in a theater watching “Home Alone II”)

This was in 1994 or early 1995. I was told at a real estate seminar not to have facial hair so off it came. They also told me to sell my pick-up and buy a car, so I did that too. Now I have a great big gas hog of an SUV, a Toyota Sequoia.

It’s always nice to hear some praise! The 2010 numbers are in and RE/MAX does it again for the 13′th year in a row :)

If we meet at my real estate office, this is probably the table we’ll sit down at. I’ve filled out dozens and dozens of contracts and listing agreements at this very table since I joined RE/MAX Allegiance in Burke.
