Halloween at Virginia’s Kings Dominion

We spent the day at Kings Dominion. During the day it seemed like it always does but when it was about 7PM, all of a sudden, there were 10 Haunted Houses (my favorite was Slaughter House). Bring an extra set of feet though, I can barely walk! We played from 1PM all the way until 10′ish.

Independence Day Celebration

We sat down in direct sunlight and as people sat down you’d hear them yell as their legs touch the hot plastic of the seats. After a come from behind win at a minor league baseball game in Frisco, TX, we watched the fireworks. They came in starts and stops as they reloaded the cannons (or whatever they use to launch).

DC Cherry Blossom Peak 2011

I posted these but I didn’t take them. My long time, good friend David Wasserman took them. David and I have known each other for about 15 years. We’ve had real estate transactions together and we’ve trained together at Scott Teagues Academy of Martial Arts. We even attended each others Black Belt Ceremonies. He took some pictures of the 2011 Cherry Blossoms and I liked them so much I asked to post them. I put them on my Flickr account and generated a slideshow to display here.
