This video has been updated for 2011. It is also why most of my marketing efforts are Internet focused. A home seller absolutely requires an online real estate marketing plan to help get their home sold. The old days were a little easier. Postcards and cold calling. Now it’s blog, Facebook, YouTube (and/or Vimeo), Twitter, LinkedIn, Craigslist and militarybyowner primarily. It’s a lot more work but being a tech guy in a former career, I prefer it. It’s also more productive, in my opinion.

I wish more clients would share nice words like this! Nothing is more powerful than a direct endorsement shared with friends or followers. I am very lucky to have such nice people to work with. Many of the people I help end up as permanent friends too. That’s one of the many perks to being a real estate agent.

I posted these but I didn’t take them. My long time, good friend David Wasserman took them. David and I have known each other for about 15 years. We’ve had real estate transactions together and we’ve trained together at Scott Teagues Academy of Martial Arts. We even attended each others Black Belt Ceremonies. My wife Stephanie took this picture randomly and I thought it was a better business “face shot” than the ones I’ve had professionally done. Stephanie isn’t a photographer but I think she has a natural ability. This photo was taken at our home in Orange Hunt Estates when my daughter was still a baby. I also made my awesome Kona Lava Dome mountain bike, baby friendly.
