We sat down in direct sunlight and as people sat down you’d hear them yell as their legs touch the hot plastic of the seats. A home seller absolutely requires an online real estate marketing plan to help get their home sold. The old days were a little easier. Postcards and cold calling. Now it’s blog, Facebook, YouTube (and/or Vimeo), Twitter, LinkedIn, Craigslist and militarybyowner primarily. It’s a lot more work but being a tech guy in a former career, I prefer it. It’s also more productive, in my opinion.
